Preparation, maintenance, and continuous revision of electoral rolls for all parliamentary and assembly constituencies
Delimitation of constituencies, recognition of political parties, and allocation of election symbols
Enforcement of the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) to ensure free, fair, and ethical electoral competition
Conduct of free and transparent elections using Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) and VVPAT
Issuance of Elector's Photo Identity Cards (EPIC / Voter ID) and overseas elector registrations
